LOCATION: Relax or stay busy while you enjoy a week at GRIZZLY GULCH at Pine Mountain Lake located in Historic Groveland, CA, which is less than a 3 hour drive from the bay area and 27 miles from the west entrance of Yosemite.  You can enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, golfing, volley-ball, horse-back riding or relaxing on the lake beach.

Pine Mountain Lake is a private gated community located on a picturesque mountain lake where you can rent; canoes, paddle boats, fishing boats and small sail boats.  This is a perfect spot for the family vacation, the kids can swim in the lake or build sand castles while their parents sit under shade trees and relax.  The community also includes a country club open to the public for dining and entertainment as well as a swimming pool and equestrian center.

GRIZZLY GULCH is only a 5 minute drive to the lake and 8 minutes to the golf course.

VACATION RENTAL: <br>
Summer rental: $250.00 a night (3 night minimum stay during June, July and August. Stay a week and night 7 is free).  A security deposit of $300 and a $100 non-refundable cleaning fee will confirm your rental dates (to protect both of us a vacation rental agreement will be provided).

The house has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and two lofts. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Best of all it has an on demand hot water heater so there is alway hot water for showers. It has a two car garage and parking for 4 more cars in the driveway. There is satellite TV, and two VCRs and DVD players. Price includes all utilities and snow removal. The lease runs from January 3 through May 3. The house is located in Carnelian Bay between Tahoe City and Kings Beach. Looking for 12 total members. <description><![CDATA[beach front 5 star resort weekly rental in mexico. This is a time share which can be used at any of 3 resorts in Puerta Vallarta or Cabo. To view the resorts, please go to www.villadelpalmarloscabos.com or villadelpalmarvallarta.com for pictures, amenities etc. The prices per night vary per resort and season, but I will go lower than the advertised rates - from $500 per week for Vallarta etc. When I rent out for the week, I ensure that reservations are confirmed with the resort before any payment is made on your part, though I do take payment in advance of arrival. This is a legitimate rental, so I ask you to verify the reservation to your satisfaction with the resort, and have done up an agreement as well to avoid any possible scam on either end. I am able to rent in my season any time until mid October, but can upgrade to another season for about $100 more, as well as to a larger room. The room I have is the large Studio, which can be seen on the website, and resorts are NOT all-inclusive. I need to call the resort to check availability for your requested week so need the following information: <br>
1) dates you wish to book/ check availabiliy or range of dates if flexible <br>
2) number of people (large studio is for 2 adults, 2 children under 12 only) <br>

You don't need to rent a car at this resort to go downtown Cabo San Lucas, where the evenings are exciting and memorable as you are just a short walk away.  The Pueblo Bonito website offers this same 1 Bedroom Luxury Suite at a "special" rate of $272 / night plus taxes = $2,200 for 7 nights.  Our price is $850 for the same 7 nights.<br>

The Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos Blanco offers 147 guest suites in a five-story, Greek-style, blue-and-white building topped with blue-tile domes. Suites feature balconies or ground-floor patios furnished with cushioned chairs and providing garden views or partial views of the Sea of Cortez. Fully equipped kitchenettes include two-burner cooktops, microwave ovens, compact refrigerators, coffeemakers, toasters, and blenders. Televisions offer pay movies. Dial-up Internet access is available (weekly surcharge). <br>

The casa and casita are completely enclosed by a six foot privacy wall.  The front is gated, allowing a vehicle to park securely on the grounds.   In the enclosed back is a pool for dipping, swimming or playing. There are recliners, and tables and chairs for lounging. <br>

The casa and casita are comfortably furnished with ethnic rustico furniture.  Each room has an overhead fan to keep you cool in the evening. The casa has a Satellite TV with CD/DVD player, and receives many English and Spanish channels.  The casita has a  small DVD TV.   Both have a collection of games, books and magazines, and DVD titles.<br>

Our home is managed by a local English speaking couple, ready to assist you in any way.
