This wonderful vacation rental is conveniently located in the Stateline, Nevada side of the lake.
It is situated in one of the most upscale neighborhoods of the South Shore of Lake Tahoe.
2 minutes drive to main casinos area and about 3 minutes drive to either Heavenly Valley’s Nevada
boulder lift or the gondola entrance at the Stateline California side.

Relax outside on the multi-level decks and enjoy the view of the wildlife in the National forest that borders the front of our property.
A New Granite topped BB-Q Island and a new Granite topped Fire-Pit have just been installed.
They both use Natural Gas, so you never have to change a propane tank or mess with ashes! (Note: BBQ island & fire-pit will not be unavailable during winter months)
Soak in the 8-person gazebo covered Jacuzzi spa (hot tub). Climb up our own private granite boulder mountain and you can view the lake.

Group of professionals ages 28-48, skiers and boarders, are looking for a few more to fill out a ski lease. We like to ski and shred hard, and afterwards eat dinner, have a few drinks, maybe head out to the bars in town or just hang around the house.
The house has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and two lofts. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Best of all it has an on demand hot water heater so there is alway hot water for showers. It has a two car garage and parking for 4 more cars in the driveway. There is satellite TV, and two VCRs and DVD players. Price includes all utilities and snow removal. Welcome to our luxury condos! We just opened these condo in 2006 and 2007 for rental after major remodeling processes. The condos are in North Lake Tahoe near the slopes and the lake.
We have added a lot of high-end features to the condos to make your stay a great one! We designed the remodel around the thought of having families enjoying a vacation together. Here is a list of some of the features:
